Africa challenges is a conference of the African Studies Association in Germany (VAD e.V.) organized by the Centre for Interdisciplinary African Studies (ZIAF) at Goethe-University.

Due to the current corona pandemic, the conference of the African Studies Association in Germany (VAD) planned for September 2020 in Frankfurt will be organized mainly as a virtual conference taking place from 7 to 11 June 2021.

Registration is now open until 1 June 2021.
There are no conference fees !

Please note that everybody has to register again even if you have done so before. You can use your old login data but are then asked to complete the registration.
